Great stay

Pros: Excelent location, facilities, place was clean, friendly staff

Pros: We had a great experience during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the location, along with the amazing views, made it even more special. The apartment was very spacious and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the entire staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it.

Cons: The only things we didn’t fully enjoy were that the pool closed quite early in the evening, and the elevators felt a bit small for our group of five. However, these were minor inconveniences and definitely not dealbreakers for us.

Your own apartment in Castillo Grande

Pros: The apartment has a view of Cartagena's inner and outer bay. The apartment is in the center of the Castillo Grande neighborhood within walking distance of the beach. There is a store in front where you can buy basic food and drinks. The Carulla supermarket is approximately a 10-minute walk away. A basic breakfast is included. Although the apartment's kitchen has everything you need also. There is a large balcony, and the AC works well in all rooms. Plenty of hot water. The pool is small but clean, and there is a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view from the 20th floor.

Cons: There should be more bath towels available, and pool towels should be provided. A washer and dryer would be a great addition. Some maintenance is needed due to the high humidity (rust in the closet and damage to the drywall).

Nice stay

Pros: Location - near beach Clean helpful and nice staff Nice pool with view to the beach and sun in the afternoon Air conditioning - really needed as it can get really hot Kitchen equipped with basic cutlery that helps prepare some snacks/easy meals

Cons: There was only 1 elevator working, which created high waiting times. Cold water on showers Internet connection failed quite often Recommend a eye band if you cant sleep with light, as in the morning the bedroom got really bright

Best accommodation in Colombia

Pros: Excellent view, large, modern and very secure neighborhood. Best accommodation we had during our 31 day Colombia trip.

Cons: Had to take Uber or taxi to the old center but this was quite cheap

Pros: Amazing views specially if you on the higher floors. Good breakfast.

Cons: Breakfast room felt small and crowded

A nice and cozy apartment with a heart

Pros: It was a super nice and squeaking clean apartment, very well equipped and well situated. The staff of the check-in and maintenance have been very friendly and helpful and flexible.

Cons: We liked everything, just some minor things could be improved at the breakfast kitchen: things like hot water, some food items or milk should not run out during the breakfast time. The staff was very friendly though, so that weighed it out. There would really be nice to have some umbrellas at the swimming pool area during the hot days.

Pros: Indeed it has a Magnificent Location. Bay View. Top floor pool is Just Perfect. The Breakfast is essential and very tasty. It has 2 small convenient stores crossing the street. They carry almost Everything you've might have forgoten. The Staff is fast and very Kind.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing! Huge variety of foods and quantity. Amazing views of Cartagena harbour and downtown. Upgraded to higher floor after 2 days.
