Funky little place in the centre of Barranquilla which is good value for money.

Pros: i have stayed here previously some years ago but only in a studio. this time with my family we stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the top floor. it was really a 10 out of 10 in value. we have stayed in many good hotels in barranquilla and this time at moasic, it was by far the best value for us. clean, spacious, functional and beautifully decorated. the pictures online are accurate. 5 minute walk to Buena Vista, Plaza del Parque, Mall Plaza and restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc.

Cons: nothing.

Best Apartment for great value. Great location!

Pros: The staff are friendly, the apartment is well-designed and has a small kitchen for cooking

Cons: There is not really a breakfast option, just a coffee shop. Would be nice to have cooked breakfast but it's not a big deal.

Pros: It’s my go-to hotel when I need to stay in Barranquilla. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, easy to walk to MallPlaza and Buenavista shopping centres.

Really good stay at a recommandalble location!

Pros: + superb location (50m to supermarket; 150m to several malls including gyms etc.) + good kingsize bed + overall pretty clean + kitchen properlly equipped + stable wifi (25mbit up/down) and option to connect via cable; good ping (mostly <50ms) + ac works fine everywhere + helpfull staff + free coffee and water + 24/7 access to the coworking room + cubicle office can be rented as well

Cons: - vending machine in the coworking is super loud and should be standing in front of the room - kitchen should have some steam capturing device or the whole room smells after cooking - extra fee for early checkin (before 15 oclock) - water in the shower takes long till it gets warm - cabinet space small for more than 1 person

Simple amazing!

Pros: Amazing place. Brand new, clean and great location.

Cons: I was charged twice but then the staff managed to refund the money right away.

Perfect accommodation in a great location with helpful staff

Pros: Kevin’s friendly nature, Adriana’s gorgeous smile, the security guard is funny, they have free coffee and the quality bedding. Check out at 1pm is also helpful, and the price was better for this one-night stay.

Cons: Pricing went up the next day so I moved to another hotel.

Exceptionnal value for money

Pros: Very kind and welcoming staff, especially Kevin. Studio is trendy and cosy in a safe and quiet area with easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants. Cannot recommend this place enough

A great property with amazing staff in a great location but with some issues that need to be fixed

Pros: - good location with security - modern suites with tasteful furniture - Amazing staff, Kevin was very friendly and helpful. Adriana had such an infectious smile. The security guard was funny.

Cons: - I didn’t appreciate having to go for an entire week without any housekeeping. I expected to get my sheets changed at some point. For the price paid, I expected better. For this reason, I recommend this property for a shorter stay of a few days. - Having to pay for the washing machine was a bit stingy given the price paid for the accommodation, and there was no detergent for sale so I couldn’t wash my clothes. Again, good for a shorter stay of a few days.
