Pros: I love the location and I almost always stay in Ciudad Jardin. There's a little tienda about 30 seconds down the road. And there's a grocery store between 4 and 5 minutes away walking. You're a relatively short walk to a lot of great restaurants on 84th and 43rd. And a short drive to every place else. The views from the rooftop of the building at night are immaculate. The apartment itself is well-stocked

Cons: My understanding is that the apartment building and the ownership of this particular apartment are relatively new. I had some concerns, all relatively minor, that I discussed with the owners privately. The one thing I will mention is that the pool is not currently swimmable. They're still in the process of cleaning it.
