Great apartment, nice location. Poorly managed.

Pros: Space, location and property were beautifully designed and well located.

Cons: Came for work meetings and the staff wouldn’t let my team access my apartment, it truly affected the purpose of my trip as I had to look for places to meet with my team. Awful experience. Had to wait around 2 hours to be able to access my apartment at check in due to lack of organization.
