Building is excellent - however - unit 1504 was not good.

Pros: The building is well located. The pool area is excellent ; however, we did not have a good experience at the unit 1504

Cons: The owner of unit 1504 did not meet the booking.com expectations. The stove did not work and they did not have microwave; as a result, we could not use the Kitchen at all. The air conditioning unit in the living area was intentionally turned off as well as the hot water heater. We were not able to use them. In addition, they did not provide us with basic stuff such as at least one toilet paper or hand towels in the bathrooms. Very disappointed. Other family members have rented at the same building - different apartments ; however, they had better experience. Don’t recommend unit 1504.
