Pros: A pretty nice, comfy, clean, and quiet place, in a reasonably safe neighbourhood. Supermarkets nearby, and one can catch a bus to the Centre right around the corner. A 2o-25 min. walk to the Commercial Centers of Los Ejecutivos y La Castellana.

Cons: The exact address did not show on google maps, but there is a photo with a map showing the exact location in the property's photo section on booking com; use it, if you can't get hold of the hosts right away before heading to the property. The young administrator should be a bit less intense when it comes to collecting payments, right away, right on time, and even before the previous (paid for) day ends, as such intensity is not customary at all at the accommodation establishments intent on managing good customer relations.
