Great appartment in Cartagena’s old town

Pros: Great Location in the old town, but in a calm area. Friendly, helpful and proactive host. Daily cleaning service. Big appartment. Lots of bathrooms. Swimming pools available in the building complex.

Cons: You need to pay in cash (or Colombian Bank transfer), which isn’t very handy for international travelers, as some ATMs limit the amount you can withdraw. The exact costs are not very clear. There are some service fees as well as a 30k COP fee per person for the building’s facilities. The private terrace is great but would need some chairs to be able to enjoy it.

Loved it, it’s central, it’s clean and Luz was amazing

Pros: Very spacious, great air conditioning when needed and lovely having the pool right there. Washing machines a bonus. Wifi seamless. Luz took great care of us during our stay, worked very hard to translate our terrible Spanish and helped us out hugely when we locked our key in the room.

Cons: One key made it tricky when there were five of us staying and wanting to explore independently. Didn’t understand initially the rules around guests visiting but that seemed to be standard across a lot of the Cartagena properties.

Great location, comfortable, nice pool.

Pros: Property has all of the facilities you need when travelling with a family. Clean and comfortable. We paid a bit extra to get their home helper during our stay and Luz was amazing. She helped to decorate the house for my daughter’s birthday, made a special breakfast, did the laundry and cool hairstyles for the girls. Thanks Luz, you made our stay more special!

Stylish apartment in the old town.

Pros: A simply but stylishly decorated, spacious, townhouse style apartment in a gated complex a stone's throw from the very centre of Cartagena. We loved the comfy beds and the proper dining area inside and the large swimming pool outside. The staff were wonderful and the apartment was cleaned to a high standard daily.

Cons: The facilities listed a washing machine but there wasn't one. The staff kindly cleaned some clothes for us instead. Do be aware that the accommodation is over 4 floors, which we didn't mind at all but wouldn't be suitable for someone with reduced mobility or snall children.

Beautiful large apartment in a quiet residence within the walled city

Pros: This is a very large and lovely apartment on a quiet edge of the walled city - very close to walk to the action, but yet peaceful. Maria is an extremely responsive and accommodating host, and we appreciated her flexibility with check in and check out. Luz kept the apartment in great shape - gracias!

Cons: The apartment building charges an entry fee per guest (noted in the booking information), and despite this, does not offer any service such as luggage storage.

Gran estadía en Cartagena ciudad amurallada

Pros: La ubicación es fenomenal. Así mismo la atención de sus propietarios. Es un apartamento grande, con mucha capacidad. Las personas que ayudan a limpieza (por costo adicional) son muy amables. Super recomendado.

Cons: Tiene muchas escaleras. Para personas mayores es difícil subir y bajar. Pero para viajeros sin esta limitación, funciona sin problema.

Beautiful spacious home with nice amenities in a safe establishment with friendly staff.

Pros: Spacious with a pool and all the kitchen tools needed to make a quick breakfast. The best part was Liz who took such good care of us and the guard who helped keep our place safe.

Pros: El lugar cumplió con todas nuestras expectativas! Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía y definitivamente volveremos :) La atención de Luz fue excelente, estuvo siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien.

Cons: Realmente todo estuvo excelente. Algo que se puede mejorar: que incluyan un microondas.
