Lovely view and facilities

Pros: The view from the balcony is amazing, the apartment is well equipped with everything you could need and right by Bocagrande beaches (literally across the road). The pool in the apartment block is also very well kept and gets the sun in the afternoon which is a great non-sandy way to soak up the remaining rays.

Cons: Booking.com doesn’t make it very clear, but you need to pay in cash or bank transfer which resulted in us needing to go to a cash point with the host to withdraw (as we couldn’t transfer from a uk bank account). I feel let down by Booking.com on this, and they haven’t responded to any of my complaints.

great location and security

Pros: the location and view from the 26th floor was great the master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the furniture comfortable the apartment was very clean and had washing machine and great pool and diner by the pool and lots of security

Cons: due to it being hot and dry there were many baby roaches seen

Palmetto 1, departamento 2603 lo mejor del viaje

Pros: A los niños les encantó la piscina, a los adultos nos gustó el espacio dentro del departamento, el aire acondicionado, la limpieza del lugar, que haya tenido lavadora y secadora, la vista y la buena ubicación.

Cons: Que nunca pude encender el televisor, ya que aparecía que no tenía conexión

Pros: El dpto es hermoso, tiene todas las comodidades, super limpio, ordenado y la ubicación es excelente!!

Pros: Idéalement situé juste en face de la plage de Bocagrande. Les vues du coucher de soleil sont incroyables. Confort de la literie. Disponibilité d'une machine à laver et sèche linge, très pratiques

Cons: Les ustensiles de cuisine sont vraiment dans un état limite... Les casseroles et poêles sont toutes rayées par exrmple, ce qui ne facilite pas la préparation de repas.

Spectaculaire

Pros: Une vue spectaculaire, au 26 étage. Un appartement avec 2 belles chambres, idéal pour 4 personnes.

Great beachfront apartment.

Pros: Great location, beachfront. Near historic center. Apartment is comfortable and the communication with the owner was great. The building has a nice pool and gym.

Cons: Payment cannot be done with credit card, which I was not aware of.
