Hidden gem apartment

Pros: The welcoming host, the styling of the interior, the view, and that it's very complete - referring to herbs and a selection of pans to cook with, scissors, enough towels, a washing machine, internet, and so on. The apartment is a great choice for digital nomads, people that want to stay in close proximity of the airport (Uber approx 22.000 COP) or to the historic city centre (Uber approx 26.000 COP). It's worth noting that this is not a touristic area. We met a guy in a nearby supermarket mentioning that it was the first English he heard during his 6-month visit. There are some restaurants, but not as many or that fancy as in town. Supermarkets and minimarkets nearby. We felt safe walking around, there are many families living in the area. Based on the combination of older and newer buildings, it seems like this is an upcoming area.

Cons: The apartment has an airo in the bedroom and multiple ventilators but would benefit from an additional airco in the living room.

Pros: Near Airport. Safe neighborhood. Comfortable a/c bedroom with very comfortable bed.

Cons: Hall should be a/c as Cartagena Colombia is very very hot and humid Tap water socket should be opened before I arrived.

Pros: Todo fue muy bueno, José fue muy amable, el apartamento es muy bonito, muy cómodo, super bien equipado, es muy ventilado y fresco, cuenta con una excelente ubicación y una vista hermosa. Lo recomiendo y volvería

Beautiful decor

Pros: The decor and aesthetics. The host was extremely nice. Bed was very firm good for your back.

Cons: Construction all day too loud. Location kinda far from the center.

Pros: Immeuble sécurisé 24h sur 24. À 15 minutes du centre historique en taxi ou Uber ( 3- 4 euros) appartement propre et très bien équipé. balcon avec une belle vue sur une partie de la ville et de l’aéroport. José est un jeune homme très gentil et serviable. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment plus que correct. Une très bonne adresse.

A relaxing and comfortable stay! The host was amazing! Absolutely loved the views!

Pros: The stay was clean and comfortable. And beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was also nice that we had security on the first floor. It was hot during the day but one of the rooms had an AC that helped when we needed a break from the heat. But it was extremely cool at night with a nice breeze coming through the windows, and since we spent most of the day out exploring, having only one AC unit wasn’t really an issue. Absolutely loved the view from the room. There is also a gorgeous view of the neighborhood from the rooftop. The host was so kind and extremely responsive. He welcomed us warmly and gave us a tour of the place and some recommendations on where to eat and to explore.
