OCEAN VIEW SPACIOUS PENTHOUSES WITH BIG TERRACES AND OVER 318 Square Meters

Beautiful Penthouse with all that is needed for memorable vacation.

Pros: This is my fourth time in Cartagena. This penthouse is my favourite it is absolutely amazing. The terrace is the highlight — a jacuzzi with breathtaking views of the ocean and city. Watching the sunset and city lights from up there was unforgettable. The apartment is modern, spacious, and very well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms have its own air conditioning with the exception of the Maids room which is a huge plus in Cartagena. The views from inside are just as impressive, and the overall design feels luxurious yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing, celebrating, or simply enjoying Cartagena from above. Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again.

Muy buen apartamento para conocer Cartagena

Pros: Buena ubicación, tranquila y cómoda para moverse hasta el centro de Cartagena. Buena comunicación con el propietario. El encargado de facilitarnos las llaves muy amable y pendiente de todo. Apartamento amplio y cómodo. Terraza con unas muy buenas vistas, jacuzzi, barbacoa.....

Cons: Todo bien. Para repetir.

Pros: Alojamiento bien ubicado Espacioso y acogedor Dispone de lavadora y secadora , muy útil durante el viaje Las vistas son espectaculares Las terrazas ,aunque son buenas no se pueden utilizar en Agosto por el calor extremo que hace

Cons: El aire acondicionado de la habitación principal no se podía poner porque goteaba y llenaba de agua el suelo La habitación individual es demasiado pequeña y carece de aire acondicionado

Perfect place for a big group on Cartagena!

Pros: Location and view was perfect! The balcony is extensive from two of the rooms to the living room all around, where there’s also a hot tub. The communication with the owner and coordinator was easy and fast. We had a minor inconvenience with the bbq grill, but they fixed it with a brand new one. The location is safe, the building is secured and clean. Our tour guides/ taxi drivers knew where the building was and it was fast to find us. We had a group of 14 people and we all had a blast and wished we could have stayed longer. This apartment was located on the last floor so the view to the ocean was beautiful, don’t miss the sunset or sunrise.

Great accommodations, I will be back.

Pros: Great location, great host, great value = great time. Although we did have a few issues during our stay, every issues resolved immediately, like the same day. They came in twice to clean the jacuzzi. The host offered us free house cleaning services. I have zero complaints.

Cons: The fact that there was only one safe in the house was a bit concerning considering there were four couples, but we made do.

La mejor vista de Cartagena

Pros: El lugar es increible mas alla de las fotos. La atencion de los propietarios es magnifica. Sin dudas volveria una y mil veces

Cons: Solo creo que es un poquitin complicado recoger las llaves, pues es en otro edificio, pero es solo un pequeño detalle

Fantastico apartamento, hermosa vista!

Pros: Es un apartamento muy amplio, cupo nuestro grupo de 12 con total facilidad. La zona del jacuzzi es fantastica, todo funcionó correctamente y la pasamos muy bien.

Cons: No sabiamos si incluia toallas pero las encontramos dentro de la secadora, tal vez en la limpieza se les olvidó volverlas a sacar.

Pros: El apartamento es excelente, mejor aún de lo que se logra ver en fotos. Muy bien equipado y muy bien localizado
