Fairly new building, very clean and secure in a pretty good location. Apartment itself was nice.

Pros: I think it's a fairly new apartment building. It was was clean and well kept. The concierge had to buzz people both in and out of the building so it was very secure.. The apartment itself was also very clean and had all of the basic necessities. It had two floors and had a small balcony on the main floor and off the bedroom on the 2nd floor. You had a nice view of the water from both balconies. Two bathrooms and showers as well. Place was immaculately kept. Location was pretty good to walk anywhere. Check in was easy. The owner was mostly attentive although he didn't answer one of my questions.

Cons: The bed was not comfortable at all. Very hard and a bit springy. I couldn't sleep on it, so I ended up sleeping on the futon on the main floor which was not ideal because there were no curtains on that floor, but it was more comfortable than the bed, so it was ok. I would definitely stay again if the bed upstairs was more comfortable.

Magnífico para mis vacaciones

Pros: Es un loft muy lindo, con todo la adecuado para una pareja, con accesorios para cocinar, muy cómodo, buena distribución y vistas inmejorables desde las 2 terrazas. Cama muy cómoda. Está en un edificio nuevo, en un barrio muy tranquilo pero cercano con restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas. Me encantó
