Comfortable, safe, pretty.

Pros: Perfect location near restaurants and stores. Quiet area building across from San Pedro Clavel church. Face the church wall. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Beautiful view from terrace. Safe area

Cons: For me the 2 sets of stairs were a little difficult because of my back problems. My 3 kids loved it.

Apto. con encanto en ubicacion muy cerntral. Pero no recommendable para familia con ninos pequenos.

Pros: Ubicacion y el estilo del apartamiento. El jacuzi en el roof-top. Pequnos defectos estaban arreglados immediatamente.

Cons: muy ruidoso en la noche por los ventiladores de la hamburgueseria al lado. El jacuzzi pierde agua que aparece en los muros de los aptos debajo. Viajando con ninos pequenos hay que tener en cuanto que la escalera es un peligro
