5 Nights In Cartagena

Pros: The location is away from the noisy tourist area, which is what I like.. Its a safe and quiet area. Its a very short walk to a nice big beach. The rooftop pools are great. The beds are very comfortable. There is a small rooftop spa. For a couples massage, the girls set up their tables in our appartment and gave us excellent 90 minute massages. The jacuzzi on the balcony was fun. The owner of the apartment, Julio, is such a nice man. I've stayed in this apartment before, and I'm sure that I will return.

Cons: Some people may not like being so close to the airport because of the noise of the planes taking off and landing, but for me, it wasn't an issue.

A Weekend In Cartagena

Pros: Its a beautiful apartment in a nice, safe, quiet area. The beds are so comfortable. The rooftop pool is great, with a nice view. The host, Julio is so nice. I recieved a free 30 minute massage with my apartment rental. The massuese was excellent.the apartment is as advertised. I would stay here again.

Cons: It is some distance from the tourist areas, so you will need to spend money on taxis. Some in my group complained about this. I will happily make that trade to stay in a quiet area.
