Pros: The apartment and location are perfect , the view is great and spotless , the only bad point is the management who ask for your documents previously was f your check in from many numbers (very disorganized) what’s make you feel like scam , upon arrival the person in the office wants to cancel the reservation because it was missing a document which never informed us even when we sent all of them, it’s a pity but these kind of things make you feel dissatisfied

Pros: Amabilidad de los empleados, buena ubicación, muy buena comunicación. La honestidad de los empleados, se me quedo el celular de mi niña y la persona de la limpieza lo entrego en recepción y a los 3 días después de llegar del viaje, llamé a preguntar y Natalia me dijo que allí estaba.

Pros: Todo el apartamento,espacioso cómodo excelente vista, unnlugar propio para descansar

Cons: En definitiva el servicio de check in muy demorado no lo cumplen a la hora acordada y es muy desesperante sobre todo cuando hay niños
