Nice and comfortable vacation location at the beach

Pros: Nice location at La Boquilla beach. Pools of the building are great and they are very well maintained. Direct access to the beach with nearby rental shops for windsurf, kite surf etc. Big balcony with table, sofa and hammock. View to pool area and beach. Safe environment.

Cons: The apartment is not well maintained, missing maintenance of furniture and facilities. Cheap kitchen tools, the wine bottle opener was broken after first use. However, major utensils to cook are there. There is a gym, but the machines are partly broken. Weight lifting is possible. Even the apartment is inside with sea view, the traffic from the other side is well audible. During our stay there was a pool construction ongoing at the neighboring building, partly with high noise emissions. No visitors are allowed, if you want to invite family members it is not possible except they are registered and checked in for this apartment (number limited by max. occupancy)
