Apartamento con vista al mar - Condominio Zazué

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment

Pros: The apartment had good views , it was safe and spacious enough for the 4 of us. It was conveniently located near the airport, the Zazue shopping centre , supermarkets, and about 10 min walking distance from the Bello Horizonte beach. Plenty of towels hair dryer were provided, it was well furnished, and the main essential electrical appliances were in good order. The owner was very helpful and communicated with us throughout the visit. There was a central control of the air conditioning and lighting to save energy. There were different options to complete the payment. The gardens in the condominium,social areas like the swimming pool and gym were very well kept and had plenty of time of availability throughout the day.

Cons: For our needs we wanted to cook few meals and eat out other times, we cooked on the first morning we stayed ans only then we realised that few essential small electric equipment in the kitchen was very old and out of order, we informed the owner who didn't realised this was the case, and the following day she replaced the items for new ones. The owner informed us on arrival that the doors of wooden cabinets in the ensuite toilet were damaged and needed replacing due to bad quality materials and that they were unable to repair them due to a lack of reliable carpenters in the area. . We also reported another out of order wooden door in the kitchen unit. There was not a spare key to enter the apartment,, having one could have been helpful in order to give more flexibility to entering the apartment if we wanted to enter at different times. The WiFi signal was unreliable at times. Bedside table lamps were not available in the two rooms. In the bedroom with twin single beds , one side of the wardrobe was occupied by two bed mattresses, which meant two people occupying the room had a limited space to put the luggage and clothes.

Pros: Las anfitrionas son muy amables y el apartamento muy cómodo.

Pros: para empezar el apartamento es muy cómodo, supremamente limpio y tiene todo lo que se necesita.La vista es preciosa al mar y a las montañas es un sueño, por otro lado el conjunto es muy bonito con excelentes instalaciones y por supuesto apenas a unas 3 cuadras está la playa la cual también es muy hermosa.Por ultimu pero mo menos importante la anfitriona un 10 de 10 amable siempre dispuesta ayudar, que mas puedo decir es un lugar perfecto 100%recomendado

Pros: Las anfitrionas son espectaculares. Es un apto muy bonito , una vista increíble , cómodo , limpio , excelente ubicación, acogedor , un lugar para descansar . Es Excelente !!

Pros: La atención de Magdalena y Nancy. El apto tiene una excelente ubicación cerca a un centro comercial, tiene vista al mar y una buena dotación y limpieza.

Cons: Tengo un problema de columna y a veces no me acomodo al colchón. Pero lo demás estuvo perfecto.

Pros: Todo, el apartamente es muy bonito, cómodo, todo está cerca el centro comercial ofrece de todo, la playa esta cerquita caminando la piscina no se llena, la vista del apto es un 10 de 10, la atención y colaboración de las anfritionas fue lo mejor 100% recomendado y sin duda volveriamos!!!.

Pros: La anfitriona estuvo en permanente contacto, atenta a cualquier solicitud y con especial amabilidad.
