Hotel Blue Diamond House

A lovely home from home in a friendly family environment. Good value.

Pros: Lovely staff, great atmosphere. Best little dog !!! Really friendly home environment. The room was clean and the ac worked really well.

Cons: The pool was very dirty and food offering wasn’t great

Like staying at a family :) Very good kind hearted people!

Pros: - They were super friendly and helped me out a lot. They came to get me from the aiport (and waited 45 min for me!), helped me get a simcard and help me again when I left and forgot my charger (they saved my life with this one!). - Bed was confortable, quiet, roomy, clean - Pool was really appreciated. - Location is 15 min to the beach and castle - I loved the little doggy :)

Cons: - The neighbourhood might not be the safest one (Unless you are in the very centro, nothing is anyway.. but I prefer this experience that is more like being in a family than be surrounded by a ton of tourists..). During the day its safe (try to not look at cellphone in the street as if you are lost.. you can enter in a restaurant or store to checkt it, people are generally helpful)

Lovely family hotel

Pros: The family and staff were so friendly and accommodating. The dinner they serve is great value and tasty. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They have a lovely dog called Suzie too!

Cons: Our room windows looked onto the corridor so we could hear alot of noise in the hotel. The location is far from the walls but still possible to walk. The pool was half full and the water seemed stagnant.

Pros: O atendimento no Blue Diamond foi impecável. A simpatia da Marta, a dona, é impressionante, e seus filhos não ficam atrás. Na recepção, a Alison nos deu todas as dicas do que fazer, incluindo dois restaurantes espetaculares. E o Leonel nos indicou uma agência parceira, com quem fizemos dois passeios muito bons. A família é tão gentil e foi tudo tão agradável, que ficamos dois dias mais do que o previsto.

Cons: De ter que voltar.

Buena relación calidad-precio

Pros: La atención del lugar fue excelente, las personas son muy amables y atentas a que la estadía sea cómoda para quienes se hospedan. El hotel queda a una distancia razonable caminando hacia el centro histórico en el día, no recomendaría hacer el mismo trayecto de noche.

Pros: La atención, viaje con mi bebe y todos los días me hicieron la sopita, y me dejaron hacerle su tetero

Cons: Me iban a dejar sin parqueadero el último día , pero me solucionaron

Pros: Todo muy chévere, la atención de todos muy buena, súper atentos a cualquier necesidad que se tuviera

Pros: La amabilidad de los empleados, las instalaciones y los propietarios super amables muy atentos el hotel muy limpio muy seguro y confiable 100% recomendados saludos y pura vida desde Costa Rica. Y felices de volver algún otro día!!!! 🙏
