Pros: Breakfast was excellent, and the location is great since you can walk around and enjoy other restaurants and shopping malls.

Cons: The main pool was not available, which was a bit disappointing. The rooftop pool was not very user-friendly at all.

Impeccable, fun and in a good location

Pros: The toom was spacious, the staff really professional (Luisa at reception was great and so was the jacuzzi ad spa attendant). The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices: Colombian typical fare, healthy options and the traditional hotel food. We enjoyed the pool.

Great Location

Pros: Centrally located to all shopping centers and walking distance to the parks. Great hotel to visit as it is situated in the most awesome location...Buenavista Malls, Parke del Plaza, HomeCentre, Mall Plaza.

Breakfast to die for.

Pros: Breakfast 🥞! So good! Beef empanadas are worth the early wake up call! Fresh juices, coffee (Colombian duh), staff attention, all excellent and will blow your expectations!

Cons: The bathroom is dated, it has all the basic necessities though.
