Hotel Buenos Aires

Pros: La atencion en restaurante. Limpieza en la habitacion

Pros: solo una observacion. Podrian evitar las moscas en el comerdor colocando velas en las mesas, en home center exiten unas lamparas que son buenisimas para lo sitios donde hay moscas. las ponen en los restaurantes o patios de comidas. esta vez hubo varios platos de la carta que nunca estuvieron disponibles y es una pena porque la sazon es deliciosa

Cons: El cuarto donde nos quedamos la puerta estaba dañada. mucha dificultad para abrirla. no habia nevera en el momento. creo que hay fallas en el momento de darle mantenimiento a los cuartos. son pequeños detalles que se deben tener en cuenta siendo un hotel pequeño. debo aclarar que es un hotel con una atencion buenisima. las tres veces que estuve alli, me senti como en casa, mi hijo se hospedo varias vece alli sin problema. estos comentarios son sugerencias para mejorar

Un buen lugar para una estadia laboral, con todo a la mano.

Pros: La habitación y la buena disposición de la gente. El restaurante da buenos almuerzos y cenas. Los desayunos sencillos pero también eran buenos

Cons: La ducha genera al funcionar un olor leve de humedad.

Pros: desayuno buenisimo. el hotel es excelente. lastima que cartagena es una ciudad super sucia y el area donde estan ubicados pues no le hace merito. cartagena una ciudad que podria estar mejor.

Cons: la ciudad muy sucia. Esta parte de la ciudad es la que los turistas y extranjeros no ven

Amazing!

Pros: The staff was amazing. We got there late at night, and the receptionist was so helpful. She gave us a WhatsApp number that we could contact in case we needed anything, and when we contacted her she came right up to the room to help. She gave us recommendations for late-night restaurants we could order from and on how we could get to Santa Marta the next day. The included breakfast was very good, there were 2 options (Americano and sandwich) and if you order it before 9 they can bring it to your room. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC wasn't very strong but there was a big ceiling fan that worked so well that we were cold in the middle of the night. We would definitely stay there again.

Cons: The hotel can be a bit difficult to find - the taxi driver who took us there didn't know where it was, when we used inDrive (like Uber), we put the right address but they still got lost, and the same happened when we ordered food through Rappi. However, we would still go back in a heartbeat because the room was great and the customer service was truly exceptional.

Cons: mi habitacion no tenia ventana al exterior

Pros: Las habitaciones son bonitas. Desayunos deliciosos. Comida muy rica, excelente servicio. Las instalaciones en si, lindas.

Cons: El aire acondicionado de mi habitación no funcionaba muy bien que digamos, hacia un poco de calor por las noches.
