Pros: Good situation for a transit from bus station to airport :) clean an efficient.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Comfortable bed, friendly staff and a suitable location close to the bus station. Ticked the boxes for us.

Cons: The way that the bathroom opens out directly onto the street (no full window) means that loud street noise travels into the room

Perfect layover between airport & bus station

Pros: The location is great in that it's close to the airport, and right across the street from the back of the terminal terrestre. The staff is great - front desk, security, kitchen, everyone was super friendly. The room & bathroom were both exceptionally clean. The AC is on point. Hotel Kai looked like the nicest lodging in the bus station area that I saw; it was a great value. When I stayed again on my way back to the airport, the front desk arranged a shuttle for me, which was cheaper than the cab fare. Excellent tinto!

Cons: Attempts to secure a shuttle from the airport via Booking messaging system were unanswered. The location around the bus station is pretty sketch, and there are virtually no services in the immediate surroundings of the hotel - they have snacks and drinks, but that's about it after breakfast, so plan accordingly. The hotel is fairly new, and because it's so close to the airport, I had trouble getting a cab to even agree to take me there, and it took some time to find (not the property's fault, but FYI). If you don't eat eggs, breakfast is meager, and the service time is early and brief.

Great value for money

Pros: Amazing value for money, we were close to the bus station and the breakfast was good. Clean. We stayed here to catch a football game and was perfect for that

Cons: It's close to the bus station but you have to walk around the periphery which takes about 10 minutes and the area felt a little bit sketchy

Clean modern hotel with friendly staff and a good location for travelling to the bus station/airport

Pros: Stayed for one night after a late flight and took a bus the next day from the bus station across the road. Simple, clean and safe hotel that provides a good stopover point. Helpful friendly staff and the airport transfer was great.

Perfect for short stay and near to bus station

Pros: Everything according to expectations, clean room and bathroom. Good location if you need to be close to the bus terminal or airport.

Cons: The lock on the door to our room didn't work, so it was impossible to lock it. Staff wasn't happy to move us to a different room and tried to tell us that we can leave the unlocked room without worries because the hotel is really safe and has cameras. No way for us.

A good hotel in the Barranquila area.

Pros: The hotel was a short drive from the airport which was good as I had a very early flight the next morning. The hotel had a taxi waiting for me when I got up the next morning. The price was good.

great staff, great room, great location for the airport

Pros: this place is in a great location for the airport (and major bus terminal). the price is super good value for the big, clean room, which has great aircon and a balcony. the staff were really helpful! we had been having sleepless nights in noisy rooms before we arrived, so asked the staff if they could find us one away from the road. they were really helpful and found a quieter room. we also asked for assistance to order food in (due to the area being a bit unsafe at night). they sent us a menu and ordered for us. they also organised a taxi for us for 3:30am for an early flight.

Cons: our door lock was a little dodgy and wouldn’t stay fully locked.
