Good clean practical accommodation would recommend!

Pros: Location was great! Building was very cool actually big hallway / atrium on every floor very unique. My room is a one bed suite, very spacious and separate sofa area and sleeping area which is good. Air con is strong and comes with hair dryer and iron which is fab. There is a 24/7 doorman presence but the hotel staff is not around from the evening, I needed a towel one eve and couldn’t get one cuz apparently they ran out but also the hotel staff weren’t around to deal with this (the friendly doorman had to call up someone for me).

Cons: My room had no windows with natural light, and whilst the furniture is modern and functional they are not pretty

Perfect location in the Walled Ciry of Cartagena

Pros: Perfect location in the historic walled city. Very well appointed rooms with basic kitchen facilities for home cooking if required.

Cons: No window! They had tried to mitigate this with a pretend window with a picture of Cartagena, but it couldn't disguise the fact the room had no daylight

Best bed ever

Pros: The most comfortable bed and pillows we've ever had. Great aircon and WiFi. Spacious enough. Good bathroom. Central in the walled city. Very safe. Staff allowed us to check in very early.

Cheap accomodation with a great location

Pros: The location is excellent, right in the middle of the historical city center.

Cons: In one of the days, our room wasn't cleaned; the room has no ventilation and gets very humid if you take a hot shower.

Pros: The hotel is in a quiet location in the middle of the city. The size of the room was very comfortable for 3 people.

Cons: The wardrobes are very inadequate.

Cons: The manager at the desk at the lower floor at the entrance instead he is very rude and unkind and doesn't say goodbye.

Perfect value and location

Pros: The room was just like it was shown in the pictures. Nice room and very comfortable. Tall ceilings, shampoo and soap included, location was fabulous and I felt it was a very good value.

Cons: The couch was not comfortable but literally other than that great

Pros: Nice location, sweet and welcoming staff, clean and pretty room. Everything was very nice!

Cons: The only reason my review is not 10 is for two reasons: The wifi kept kicking us off every 5 minutes and the kitchen had no hood so the room became a little smelly when we tried to cook some food.
