Pros: Great location . but it was the staff who made the difference. I had to be hospitalized and the angel manager not only arranged to get me there but she then stayed with me for hours. They found me a room for the next two days until I could travel. It was kindness I will never forget.

Pros: They have AC and a pool on the top floor overlooking at the other skyscrapers and the beach left and right. The staff were super friendly and helpful all the time The location within walking distance to the Bocagrande beach

Cons: The bathroom needs better cleaning, the mirror and the lid of the toilet seat were dirty. There is not hair dryer Only 2 lifts for 17 floors

Cons: Cuando llegamos al apartamento nos dimos cuenta que faltaba la cafetera, el microondas lo cual lo reclamé y obtuve una respuesta inmediata, me trajeron las dos cosas.....no hay agua caliente en la ducha cosa que para un adulto no hay problema Pero fuimos con niños...

Cons: Falló un aire acondicionado, no funcionaba el horno microondas ni el encendido eléctrico de la estufa, mucho ruido proveniente de las maquinas del edificio vecino (Decameron)
