Buena ubicación

Pros: Muy buena ubicación, un balcón muy amplio y la excelente vista

Cons: A pesar que es un apartamento de lujo, le falta mantenimiento

Buena vista, espacioso, linda piscina de ultimo piso.

Pros: Vista espectacular, muy fresco, tiene una terraza muy bonita desde la cual se observa el mar. Lo recomiendo. Es buena la seguridad del sector y particularmente del edificio

Cons: La brisa puede ser un poco fuerte, supongo que por estar frente al mar, en la noche es recomendable cerrar ventanas ya que puede hacer frio.
