Apart from the hiccup with keys at the start, I'd recommend the stay here. Good location. Safe area.

Pros: Spacious living room. Attractive building. Nicely decorated. In safe attractive part of town, with famous souvenir shops opposite.

Cons: The key didn't work for the bedroom so we were locked out of our room. We had just arrived from UK and were very tired. After waiting in lovely lady who gave us the keys initially, came back and got into the room through the window. The correct key was in the other bedroom!

Pros: Logement proche du centre dans une résidence sécurisée. Pièce de vie spacieuse et agréable.

Cons: Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l annonce, il n' y a aucune machine à laver sur place. Si vous souhaitez en faire une c est 50 000 cop. Des rideaux occultants ou stores seraient appréciés dans la salle à manger pour plus d intimité le soir lorsque la lumière est allumée.

Pros: Good location, easy to walk everywhere within the old city. Helpful front desk staff. Space was large and comfortable, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Handy little grocery store right outside the entrance for some basics. Short walk to Serezuela Mall.

Cons: I did my best with my limited Spanish but had some challenges communicating when I arrived. It would have been helpful if they had access to an english speaker if assistance is needed.
