Good place close to the airport

Pros: Very close to the airport, has parking, awesome shared terrace at the top floor and the room also had a balcony, comfy bed. The host was so nice and attentive. Doesn’t speak English, but has a translator app so there is no language barrier.

Cons: Nothing, everything was as expected. You can hear the airplanes, but it’s not too loud. There was also a cock singing in the morning - I quite enjoyed him.

A clean, comfortable stay with exceptional hospitality—highly recommended

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bacoa in Santa Marta! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience stand out, though, was Luis the property manager—he were extremely friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay near the Santa Marta airport, we would definitely recommend Casa Bacoa. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful and hassle-free stay.

Pros: This was a lovely property near the airport and the rooms were very clean tidy and had everything you need for a short or long stay. The staff were also amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend. 😊

Good value for money stay near the airport!

Pros: Great stay for travellers needing a night in town by the airport. Host was friendly and made us feel welcome and was willing to assist us with anything we needed.

Cons: No hot water how ever this is quite normal in Colombia and a learning curve for me to check facilities at property’s in Colombia!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful owner. The apartment is modern and clean. We spent a night there to get to the airport early in the morning and it was perfect for that - the location is of course not a typical tourist location, but we felt safe and you can walk to the beach (where you will find a couple of restaurants) and to the airport (there is also a bus). From the rooftop terrace (shared by both units) you can watch the airplanes taking off. The sleeping room does not have a window which in fact helped with the noise.

Perfect for a night or two if you have a flight at Santa Marta airport.

Pros: We got a whole apartment for ourselves for a very good price for one night. Decent bed and bathroom. Very clean. Has Aircon and two fans. 5min by taxi from the airport Santa Marta. Taxi was also provided by Casa Bacoba. They were very helpful! Restaurants few minutes away from the property, you can also order Rappi if you want to.

Cons: I think the neighborhood is alright, but if you need to leave to the dark in the airport I would still recommend taking a taxi.

Pratique

Pros: Quartier familial et sûr, la mer et les quartiers huppés sont à deux pas. Luis est extrêmement gentil et attentionné, il m'a aidé à réserver un taxi pour m'emmener tôt à l'aéroport. J'ai aussi été surclassée. La terrasse sur le toit est sympa. L'appartement est très grand. Le quartier est bruyant le weekend mais en fermant la porte de la chambre on entend plus rien. Possible d'aller à l'aéroport en marchant la journée.

Cons: Il est indiqué sur l'annonce qu'une machine à laver est mise à disposition, ce n'est pas le cas. La douche n'était pas très propre, présence de nombreux cheveux au niveau de la bonde. La lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas et était couverte de poussière. Climatisation disponible uniquement dans la chambre et pas dans le salon.

Pros: La atención del señor, el apartamento, las instalaciones, el barrio, la comida. Todo

Cons: Todo estuvo bueno, lo único mal es que solo fue una noche

Pros: Lo amplio del lugar y la terraza de arriba para estar relajado y entrenar.
