Fantastic warm welcome from everyone, perfect room and I cannot thank everyone enough.

Pros: Unfortunately I didn't eat the breakfast but that is because I am a very fussy eater. The location was great for the beach however there wasn't much else to do. Maribel her husband Fanny and Lucho were all amazing! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They couldn't do enough for me. The accommodation was excellent! My room was so comfortable, quiet and the showers and aircon was the best. I highly recommend this accommodation for a great escape from the hustle and bustle of towns and cities!

Cons: For me it was the lack of activities to engage in. You can go to the centre of Cartagena by taxi, but for me I would have liked to be able to go to coffee shops and restaurants near by, especially as I was travelling alone.

Good stay on the beach in Cartagena

Cons: Could do with a fridge in the room No hot water (although in the hot weather this is not a major issue) Location is away from the city, tough to find cabs/Ubers. Tough to find vegetarian food in the neighborhood A little pricey compared to normal pricing for Cartagena

Pros: Excellent service, they do strive to make you feel like you're home :)

Cons: The location is difficult since it is hard for taxis to arrive to the site.

A great value for your dollar.

Pros: One of the best little hotels I've stayed at. The manager and staff bent over backwards for me and were incredibly helpful. It was close to the beach, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: The management and staff was very helpful, and made me feel like home

A little off the beaten path

Pros: Very nice host, he did everything in his power to help us with the check-in process and was very welcoming. The room was cosy enough after a long day of travel. The beach is walking distance which was great.

Cons: A bit difficult to find at night, there was no sign with the name of the hotel but we did end up finding the right place with Google Maps. It was New Year's Eve and there was music blaring in the neighboring building at night until noon the next day so we weren't fully rested. We figured it was an exception because of which day of the year it was.

A big relief from busy downtown and Boca Grande. Whatever shortcomings the neighborhood or facilities might have are mad

Pros: The staff went above and beyond to take care of us as if they were hosting family. The street felt safe and staff was vigilant of outside as well as inside. They also let us store bags and rinse off the sand well after we had checked out for the day. The beach was quite clean and local vendors and restaurant owners there were generally respectful and attentive. Even though water is sandy and grey, it feels clean and the ocean floor is soft and sand feels clean. Families are there hanging out and minding their own business having fun.

Cons: The neighborhood is quite messy and address given doesn’t exactly lead you precisely to the front door. Taxis have trouble with it every time. There is also a lot of trash and abandoned or half-constructed buildings as well as rough roads and puddles. It gives a bad impression on the approach and if you need to walk around. The rooms were mostly clean but some pictures give it a newer look than it now has.

Pros: La comodidad de las instalaciones y la Sra. Fanny y el Sr. Luis son excepcionales. Muy amables y atentos, están pendientes de sus huéspedes. A unos 50 metros caminando se disfruta del mar.

Cons: Es lejos del centro histórico. Sin embargo, si quieren disfrutar de mar exclusivo y solo, sin vendedores cansones, este es el sitio.

Amabilidad

Pros: Muy cerca a la playa, lucho y doña Fanny son las personas más amables que conocí en Cartagena ellos hacen que la estadía sea un 10.

Cons: No es culpa del hotel pero a veces los taxi no les gustaba llegar hasta el lugar. Me cancelaban los recorridos
