A happy stay at Kings

Pros: Mr King and his wife as are lovely as other reviews suggested. It was so nice to be met on arrival AND farewelled for my early morning flight to Medellin. The half hour walk into Cartagena is worth it, other things considered, including the peace and quiet. A warm safe and very secure environment. Also very close to supermarkets and shops as well as San Felipe fortress.

Cons: Nothing really. (A bedlamp would be good.)

Pros: The host is very welcoming and helpful. He arranged a taxi for me to the airport, and helped me with a nightmare check-in issue. The house is spacious and beautiful, in a quiet street just off a main road. The rooms are lovely, the beds are very comfortable, and with the fattest pillows I've seen!

Cons: It's about a 15 mins walk to the old city on a busy and dirty road, but it felt safe. The main entrance to the house is kept locked for safety reasons, and the host is the only one with the key. I came back mid afternoon one day and he wasn't there to let me in, but I messaged him and he was there in 10 mins. I was the only guest staying however, this is probably not an issue during high season and with more guests about.

Cons: La ubicación no es la mejor, y deberían informar que no sé pueden usar las instalaciones para cocinar o preparar desayuno. En general en un hostel son instalaciones de uso común. El resto perfecto

Pros: Je suis resté deux jours de plus et reviendrai avec plaisir.. Ma chambre était très spacieuse, très bien agencée, le lit confortable...bref tout est parfait. Aucun bruit et l'emplacement est très bon proche de toutes commodités. Le centre historique est accessible à pied. Merci à Mr Reyes pour sa disponibilité, son aide et ses conseils. Nous avons accès à la cuisine et au salon.
