Pros: Friendly welcome, good location away from late night music. Room had everything needed as did the communal areas. It also had the quietest a/c ever :)

Affordable, quiet, great spot!

Pros: Affordable, quiet accommodations right in the historic centre with lovely shared spaces, including rooftop. Customer service by host Humberto is top notch! Aircon works well.

Cons: The rooms and bathrooms are very basic, so just be aware that's part of the deal. Worth it to me though!

A relaxing, calm and peaceful few days - we didn’t want to leave!

Pros: We loved how secluded this hostel was from everything else - a real tranquil escape into the mountains. We stayed on sede 2 (quiet side) but could still walk a couple mins (up hill) to get to sede 1 which was a little more lively with music and a better pool view. It was a lot quieter than expected, but this might be due to visiting close to Christmas. The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind! The food and drinks were very well priced considering we were in the middle of no where (30,000 COP per meal, roughly). The transport via 4x4 was 30,000 COP each because we shared with other people - it was a little scary coming down but all part of the fun, with great music vibes throughout! We recommend going to the lookout for sunset (25mins walk along the main road). It was a straight forward downhill hike to Marinka waterfalls approx 1 hour 15 mins away. We moto taxi’d back up though since it would have been a constant steep incline!

Cons: Nothing! The internet signal is very poor but this added to the tranquility of being so far up in the mountains so not a problem. Good WiFi was available for free in the coffee shop if needed.

Lovely place in Ciudad Amurallada

Pros: Great location an easy to find and access, loved the terrace

Cons: There's no staff in the desk to ask for recommendations or help right away

Good deal for Cartagena

Pros: Really central location just a couple of minutes away from the main areas in Cartagena. Rooms are basic and sufficient for a few days. They offer AC, which is nice. Great roof top terrace to have breakfast or Rest. Kitchen is really well equipped!

Cons: A little hard to communicate with the staff. The cleaning lady repeatedly asked us to clean the kitchen although we left it really clean.

Pros: The location was great, being in the centre.The owner and the staff answered all our questions. They were extra helpful. I thank them.

Pros: Stayed here twice as it was perfect for exploring Cartagena. Rooftop is great and has comfier chairs than the photos show. Small communal kitchen, great location, walking distance to the usual sights of old town and a few minutes from a big supermarket.

Cons: Our room was quite small. .

Pros: Location was great in the historical centre. The room felt bigger than we were expecting from the photos/reviews. Air con was good. The hostel let us change our booking at relatively short notice.

Cons: Shared bathroom ran out of toilet roll quite quickly. The filtered water wasn't readily available. The only plug socket in the room also had the WiFi extender and was well away from the beds. Only cold water shower available, but this seems to be a thing on the coast.

Comfortable, clean and functional - very good value for money

Pros: Really good value for money, in the centre but very little noise from loud music as is in many other locations in Cartagena. Room had a balcony as well. Nice roof terrace
