Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Pros: Amazingly beautiful snow-white and pristine apartment. Lovely and supportive staff. The location is more than excellent, you are in the thick of things but 1 street removed. We were really pleased with our choice.

Cons: The first day it was a bit difficult (honestly, impossible) to communicate with the management to get the Wi-Fi password, the AC remote was missing, we didn't have the entrance door code. But the staff on site managed to assist us, although we didn't speak enough Spanish, they had 0 English. Maybe they should consider printing this information inside the flat, or sending it via booking.com to customers.
