Perfect location for carnival

Pros: The location was perfect for carnival and we liked our room with the balcony onto the street

Cons: They originally gave us a cheaper room than what we booked but when we pointed this out they changed our room for us. The breakfast was nice but could do with more variety.

Pros: The staff are all very helpful and the room is big. I liked the refrigerator in the room and the hotel is in a good location surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Nice hotel and nice stay and I'll be back for sure.

Excelente ubicación, comida y personal.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, la gente muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. La comida fue muy deliciosa cumpliendo las expectativas. El lugar es muy cómodo y cuenta con ascensor. Valió la pena al 100% y volveríamos.

Cons: La cama es dura para mi gusto. Dentro de nuestra habitación a veces se alcanzaba a escuchar el TV de la otra habitación. Sólo dejaban jabón en barra junto a las toallas, así que tuvimos qué comprar shampoo y acondicionador.
