Pros: Decent place to stay. Wasn't given any wifi information at check in so had to ask for that. Rooms were nothing special but not bad (especially given Carnival, there were not a lot of options). Breakfast was great but you have to go early as they sometimes run out of items.

Pros: location, price, cleanliness and the room was huge. air-con, cable and Pool. also breakfast included.

Cons: the room was huge but empty. also they could provide better toiletries in the room as it was advertised as toiletries included but that was only a tiny bar of hand soap.

EXCELENTE RELACION PRECIO/ CALIDAD

Pros: Relación precio calidad excelente, instalaciones limpias y modernas. Atenciòn del personal excelente.

Cons: Las sabanas de la habitación eran impermeables y parecian material de delantal, lo que la hacian incomoda para dormir. El desayuno deberia ser buffett abierto.

Adentro del hotel todo bien! A fuera no tanto

Pros: El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Cons: Es molesto que el parqueadero quede fuera del hotel, a media cuadra más o menos,porque el sitio no es muy seguro en las noches y hay que dejar la familia en la puerta del hotel y después ir a parquear lejos del hotel para después volver y si es tarde en la noche da un poco de temor porque hay mucho indigente en ese trayecto y eso no es agradable.

Un lugar con excelente parte física y atención del personal. Muy inseguro la parte exterior hotel.

Pros: Lo único negativo es la ubicación porque después de las 7:00 p.m cierran todo el comercio y la parte externa se vuelve muy peligroso con alto riesgo de personas no deseadas en la calle y sus alrededores.

Cons: El gimnasio y la piscina es solo sin atención personal durante el día de un funcionario del hotel. Se recomienda que este atendiendo una persona en los dos lugares en forma permanente y por seguridad.
