Pros: It's located in a very good area, a 10-minute walk from Viva Plaza, and there are many clinics, restaurants, and shops nearby. The area is safe and quiet. The hotel is small, but our room has two beds. All the furniture is new, modern, and multifunctional. It has air conditioning, a hairdryer, an iron, a safe, a shower, a TV, and a desk. The room is quiet and soundproofed. The staff greeted us warmly. Breakfast is on the first floor. It's very varied, with several types of fresh juice, five egg dishes, stewed vegetables, stewed meat, salads, fruit from bananas to watermelon, corn flakes, several types of cheese, sausages, and hot vegetable soup. On the 13th floor, there's a fitness center, two jacuzzis, and sun loungers. It's very pleasant to lie down in the shade in the morning before it gets too hot. This is a great hotel in every way, and we want to return.

Pros: good location. slow staff and could not find one English speaking but it's OK

Cons: staff at desk and bar were slow. they were unable to make the 2 room keys work. i went back 3 days in a row with the 2 keys to solve the problem, but was not satisfied. only on the 3rd day, it worked finally on the third attemp to have 2 working card keys

Pretty standard corporate hotel stay

Pros: A fairly standard stay at a large corporate hotel, while attending Barranquilla carnival. Room was large & comfortable, with good air conditioning, & staff ere nice enough.

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t special, and it was crowded in the breakfast area (though the hotel was at capacity due the carnival, so perhaps no surprise!). However, much preferred the personal touch of the small B&Bs we stayed at for most of our Colombia trip.

A quiet and relaxt hotel and a nice break in our busy scedule.

Pros: Rooftop sun terrace with two jaccuzi's, very comfortabel and quiet room which is a relieve after spending most of the day in very loud carnaval music, various restaurants and a big mall in walking distance. Cleaning lady on the 9th floor very friendly and helpfull.

Cons: Location is quite far from the center of town, reception staff did not provide adequate information about the where and when of the carnaval activities while this is one of the biggest events this town has. They also do not speak English. Check in procedure takes way too long and when we extended our stay all the paperwork had to be filled out again. Keycards were not programmed correctly which caused us four (!) extra trips to the reception since we could not enter our room again.

Pros: Good location (cafe and restaurants nearby), polite and available staff. Good cost-benefit.

Cons: Corporate look. There was no hair dryer available, but they promptly brought one when requested. View to another building.
