Nice option but will probably stay elsewhere next visit due to customer service issues experienced

Pros: Very nice and spacious room. Nice lobby and good location. Mauricio, the pool bar man, was very nice and helpful. Visited there daily over our stay and had a very good experience there. Breakfast was very good.

Cons: The reception lady we dealt with was a very difficult individual. She lacked customer service skills and it was a real turn off at check in and also later when we needed a second key. The AC in the room was set very cold. Found it difficult to control the temp in the room.

I would stay here again if the bathroom is upgraded and bedroom windows cleaned

Pros: This hotel is excellent value for money. The room was very quiet, peaceful and spacious. The staff were very friendly, particularly the young gentleman at the entrance who helps with the luggage (sorry I forgot his name). The food was very good we had breakfast and dinner all very tasty. The rooftop pool and bar are also very nice.

Cons: The reasons I gave 8/10 is because the bedroom windows really need to be cleaned as they were very dirty. The shower cubicle is very dark and uninviting. The bathroom door bottom corner looked like it had mould or something weird. I didn't stare at it long enough to figure out what it was but it really triggered my OCD.

Pros: Excellent location, very friendly and efficient guest services staff. Great breakfast variety.

Cons: No sound proofing - noise from the hall and other rooms.

Pros: The breakfast was incredible, delicious and very tasty, the room clean and comfortable and also with all the amenities that we needed in our stay there, people who welcomed us were attentive, super kinds and friendly with my wife and I, on the other hand, the location was amazing and near restaurants, pharmacy, shopping center etc definitively I would come back there

Cons: They over exaggerate with the A/C: the lobby is freezing cold. The breakfast is good, but they should label the foods more clearly so that you know what you're going to eat and can be careful if you have allergies. More than once, I ate things I wasn't supposed to because they were not labelled and the people working there weren't sure about what was inside

Good for a night stay while transferring

Pros: Large modern hotel, with small but nice rooftop pool and kind service. Great breakfast too!

Cons: There is not much to do in the neighborhood. It should not be too far from the zona rosa though

Pros: Everything was great. The location was quiet but close enough to everything important. Some nice restaurants and shops around. The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean.

Pros: Great stay at this hotel. Wifi was strong never lost a signal, and streamed Netflix without an issue. Hotel is new and modern. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty good. I will give one piece of advice to anyone coming here though, if you find that your air conditioner is not properly working just go to the front desk and let them know. They seem to have some kind of energy saving central air system that does not let your room cool to your temperature. I went to the front desk thinking the unit was not working but that is not the case. Once you tell the front desk they go into their computer system and take off the block which allows you to use the AC to its full capacity.
