The Hosts Are So Kind

Pros: The people who operate the place were very kind and helpful when it took five days for my luggage to arrive after my flight. There was fresh drinking water available from a cooler, and the place is well kept and well-secured by the friendly hosts. Gulliermo (aka William Shakespeare) gave me a festive painted pendant made from a nutshell because my colourful carnaval clothes and adornments were in my delayed luggage.

Cons: The area around the hotel is dodgy and not a place to be walking around much as a single person, but the hotel provides excellent value for money. Take cabs to/from the hotel and eat elsewhere and you can avoid this.

Great location and super friendly staff also very clean.

Pros: The Hotel is perfectly located, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff are excellent and super friendly. I will probably extend my stay and when I am back in the area will stay here again.

Cons: The internet is a little slow.
