Pros: I arrived on a day with high seas, which made entry difficult, but the hotel provided me with an alternative entrance where I enjoyed a walk around the plankton lagoon during the day. I arrived very early, and they stored my luggage free of charge and allowed me to relax in their hammocks. I had a pleasant breakfast in a pergola, watching the powerful waves. The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to make everyone feel at home. The Wi-Fi was stable, allowing me to stay connected at all times.

Cons: Lack of sun, but the hotel has nothing to do with it.🫣

Pros: Extremely helpful, friendly and pantetion staff. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant (including breakfast). Beautiful room with stunning view. Also every morning we had a visit of parrot and kitty 😊

Pros: The location was super nice! Of course the beach is very busy and touristy but the area where the hotel is located is quite calm in comparison. The water is super nice and blue! The people working there were very nice as well and the breakfast was amazing! The private beach area was very well maintained. The room was okay as well.

Cons: Dinner was pretty pricey and there were very few vegetarian options. The vegetation for I had was not very good but the fish was good apparently. The bathroom in our room smelled kind of bad.

Great staff and beautiful beach

Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beautiful beach, and hotel is right on the beach with a private area. There’s not any restaurants or bars or anything nearby so we had all meals at the hotel and after dinner there’s nothing to do, but nice if you just want to have a place to chill out. Comfy bed, room was nice. Could do with a shower for your feet before entering the hotel as everything gets covered in sand. No AC so does get warm in the room.

A lovely couple of nights over new year

Pros: The staff were fantastic and the food was lovely. The location is excellent and the room was very clean

Little gem on the beach

Pros: The location is fantastic, right on the beach, but at the quieter end of Playa Blanca which means less hassle from the vendors. Breakfast was good, plentiful, and the menu changed daily. Dinner was also good, with huge portions. The staff were warm and welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rafael and Alfonso are great! They arranged trips for us to see the bioluminescent plankton and hosted an excellent Christmas party!

Cons: The rooms aren't air conditioned, although the hotel does provide fans. It was particularly hot and humid during our stay so sleeping was uncomfortable.

Rustic Paradise

Pros: Very rustic and on the beach and staff were very helpful

Cons: I would say not like is too strong but I personally struggled without Aircon but that's me others seemed fine. On the evening there was no other restaurant nearby but again not necessarily a problem

Pros: All the hotel environment is perfect, one step on the sand another on the water. The staff are just incredible, they're all very attentive and friendly. I really recommend to eat the hotel food, so good!

Heaven!

Pros: Perfectly located, and the staff is very nice, available and accommodating! My friend and I had such a peaceful moment with a heavenly view!
