Great stay in Baru

Pros: We booked this hotel last minute and did not know what to expect, but our stay was relaxing and we enjoyed it a lot. The hosts were super welcoming, they helped us with everything; from small questions to arranging transport for us to the national bird park when we did not know how to get there. The location is great, it is located in the more quiet area of Baru, with good restaurants only minutes walking away. The roof terrace has great views, especially during the sunset.

Cons: There were no mosquito nets on all windows in the room. There is no AC, but we knew this in advance and it was doable.

Delightful spot of paradise.

Pros: The staff are absolutely delightful and do everything they possibly can for you! The service was great and the room was exactly as pictured online. It can be really hot on the island, but the fan in the room was super powerful and meant you stayed quite cool and very comfortable, particularly with the cross breeze from the big window. Rooms were a decent size, clean, and comfortable. There was no blaring reggaeton music from this place or any surrounding, which was quite a nice change from Cartagena! We automatically had a tab, which was so nice, as it meant we didn’t have to worry about cards and paying until we checked out. The pina coladas were also incredible!! We loved sitting on the chairs all day, popping in and out of the water to cool down. There are a fair few rocks and coral out the front, but just be aware of it and don’t kick your toe!

Cons: The bathrooms could smell damp, although seemed to dry out with the door left open. Otherwise they were everything you needed. The kitchen often didn’t have all the menu items, with only eggs available for breakfast all three mornings we were there and half the snacks menu unavailable. This is was quite understandable, as they would never know how many guests they’ll end up having, they can only store so much produce for so long, and they are quite remote. But just something to be aware of.

Pros: Uno de los mejores alojamientos de la isla. El personal es muy amable, y todo siempre muy limpio, no nos faltó nada. El desayuno muy Rico

Cons: Del último parqueadero está lejos. Puedes tomar una lancha o caminar (sino vas muy cargado). Caminado es mucho tiempo, pero hermoso con los pies en el mar

Pros: El desayuno fué siempre fresco, bien elaborado, delicioso, la atención del personal fué simpre cordial y debido respeto mutuo. Un lugar para recomendar. GENTE LINDA!!! Pros: La ubicación y la atención perfecta ... Es muy familiar la chica de la recepción y además muy atenta ... Volvería mil veces muy recomendado

Entre sus vecinos es una excelente opcion y volveria sin dudarlo.

Pros: La zona es segura e inmediatamente al lado del agua. El hotel es basico (todos los de la zona son basicos) no hay lujos pero hay todo lo necesario para pasar una noche o dos. Dentro de lo posible es limpio y completo. El baño es compartido pero está al lado de la habitación y son pocas habitaciones por lo que es como si fuese privado. No hay agua caliente, pero no es necesario tampoco porque es un lugar caluroso. Utiliza electricidad solar y hay wifi que anda lo suficiente como para actualizar mensajes. El desayuno está bien. Acorde al pais y la zona. Está ubicado en una zona mas bien alejada del ruido, aunque en todos lados hay lanchas yendo y viniendo todo el tiempo y haciendo ruido y molestia.

Cons: Las cosas que no me gustaron son propias de Baru y no especificas del hotel. Habiendo estado en este hotel y viendo como eran los demas, veo que son mas o menos iguales o peores. Ningun tiene demasiado confort, pero este esta muy bien \

Pros: La playa con sus sombrillas y sillas para tomar el sol y descansar cuando sales del mar

Cons: La habitación para 4 personas es muy pequeña

Pros: La habitación con vista al mar, la terraza, buen desayuno,muy amable la atención.

Cons: Podría haber una estrategia solidaria entre los administradores de hoteles y hospedajes para mantener las playas más limpias, así mismo, esterilizar los perros locales, no son para nada molestos pero se ven bastante desatendidos.

Pros: Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en este hotel. Desde nuestra llegada, el personal nos brindó un servicio impecable, siempre con mucha amabilidad y disposición para ayudar. Las instalaciones son cómodas y el ambiente muy agradable, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún mejor. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendamos y al que nos encantaría volver.
