Pros: Amazing hotel, helpful staff, the food out of this world - best food I had in last five years (in the Colombian themed restaurant at the hotel). Thank you for everything.

Pros: -very friendly staff (Evinson in reception exceptionally helpful and kind!) -delicious a la carte restaurants -very well kept gardens and beautiful structure and swimming pools - very comfortable beds and spacious rooms -night show was amazing -shuttles to cartagena -private beach -animation

Cons: -noisy air conditioning system - not newly refurbished - not all staff can speak English (however they are all eager to help) -the beach is clean, the temperature of the water is amazing, but because the resort is close to a city and the sea it is quite shallow don't expect crystal clear water

Nice beach, pools, food and facilities for resting.

Pros: Beach: hotel occupation was low so we could enjoy always having available beach seats and tents, the beach was almost empty and clean. Pool: nice pools and ambience Restaurants: nice variety of food, plenty of snacks, always good options of healthy choices (salads, fruits, juices with no sugar)

Cons: Gym: It was really in a bad shape, didn't look clean and machines looked old and not well maintained Room: little things didn't know and require better maintenance: AC is very noisy, there are constant sewers smells at the bathroom, blocked drains on the sink and shower faucet were also broken. We had all that on our room. Cafe at the resting pool: there were never available snacks or drinks for free, even a cappuccino had to be taken with a fee. Beach bar: wasn't open due to low accommodation so we had to walk to the main bar to take drinks, which can be painful during very warm and sunny days.

It was a great get away to melt away stress and just relax.

Pros: Everything was included, convenient, and tranquil. It removed the stress from having to plan or even think. We just relaxed.

Pros: The Pools were amazing, and the Beach was beautiful with a nice easy walk onto the beach. It was amazing and fun for the kids, family friendly.

Cons: One of the lifts had a musty smell and there where quite a lot of mosquitos which was not ideal. Assume this may have been due to the recent rain because it was the rainy season.

All inclusive al nivel que un espera, con un buffet un poco limitado

Pros: Un hotel 5 estrellas all inclusive que brinda ni mas ni menos de lo que se puede pretender por el precio. La habitación muy linda y cómoda, siempre limpia. La playa estaba bien, las piscinas excelente. El personal en general era muy amable, cordial sacando algunas excepciones (en particular Valmer que, en alguna ocasión parecía molestarle que te sirvieras nuevamente, e bastante antipático)

Cons: El buffet era bastante escaso, tenía lo básico, la comida estaba bien y siempre parecía ser fresca, pero no había mucha variedad y no esperes algo medianamente producido o “especial”. En los restaurantes la cosa cambiaba, los platos eran un poco más producidos.
