Éteka Slow Beach Hotel Adults Only

Pros: It was really nice zen like space. everyone was very nice and courteous. Beautiful rooms.

Cons: The meals were pricey. the food was nice but nothing compared what is available on the mainland. I think the meals could be a little better for the price being charged. The food was nice but I felt it could be better comparing what i had on the mainland Cartagena.

A convenient beach getaway from Cartagena with good people and excellent food!

Pros: The food and the staff were top highlights. Such friendly, warm people. And the food was delicious and healthy. The main lounging area was beautiful with lots of places to sit and chill. The room was nice and the outdoor shower was special.

Cons: The beach wasn’t quite as pristine as further up the coast in the north of Colombia, but it was a lovely setting and a quicker trip from Cartagena.

Pros: Great place if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Cartagena. It's only 20mins by boat. Loved the swimming pool , especially at night .

Cons: No free transport at night.

Lovely hotel, very relaxing and nice food.

Pros: Lovely room, the entire hotel is set up in a way that feels relaxing. Air con was brilliant. Breakfast was really nice and you chose from a menu of range of things -Food, Smoothie and a coffee. Was delicious. Very clean everywhere I saw. Lots of staff around attending to the beautiful grounds. There was a violinist over dinner which was a nice touch even in low Season. Short boat ride included. Team very communicative over WhatsApp with some last minute questions.

Cons: Being low season there wasn’t many people to feel A hotel vibe. Only stayed one night but certainly chill venue and that’s all I wanted to do.

Pros: The service was wonderful, the beach was fabulous, breakfast was delicious and Mari, Omar, Katty and Tatan made ours feel so warm and welcome!! They are truly the best.

Cons: The flies were crazy but everybody did the best that they could to keep them at bay.

Excellent escape from the tourist madness in old town

Pros: stayed here for a few nights with my friend after spending time in the old town. This was exactly the break we needed away from all the tourist traps. The service was 10/10 and the pictures dont even do justice to how beautiful it was. It was super quiet even when they had day visitors and the playlist was just the right volume to be enjoyed everywhere without disturbing.

Cons: The listing said it had a private beach. The beach is secluded but it isnt quite private as a few vendors still come and bother you. Definitely not as bad as a mainland beach and understandable as the only economy on the island is tourism, just not exactly what I expected. The vendors leave you alone with a polite \

Pros: The rooms are incredible. Love the details and tje food is amazing. Staff really friendly. Worth the money

A few days in paradise

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Eteka beach. It literally felt like paradise, perfect place to stay 1-2 nights and enjoy some peace out of the city. The staff is really friendly and always here to help you. The facilities are amazing, with so many places where you can chill. The food is very very good. The beach is beautiful with a very clean sand.

Cons: It is very hard to find a negative aspect to this hotel. I Wouk say that the only thing “missing” is a swimming pool, but it is not a big deal.

A wonderful r&r escape!

Cons: The shuttle boat times to the main land were quite restrictive. Spa treatment was sub average, over priced for experience received.
