Relaxing and quiet hotel with beautiful views and nice beach

Pros: We had a lovely time here. The rooms were really spacious and had a beautiful view of Cartagena. The beach was not crowded and the staff was attentive. The prices were fair and the food was delicious. The transport was easy to book as the hotel works directly with a boat crew. Just keep in mind that there is no dock on cartagena as well as on the island, so you board directly on the beach. The rooms are not located directly at the beach. They are a 5 minute walk up a small hill, which is not a problem. Just keep this in mind because of luggage.

Cons: The bed was really hard. On the beach, even if you sit inside the property of the hotel, you get kind of harassed by the massage ladies. Another situation that kind of rubbed us the wrong way was the boat ride back to cartagena after our stay. An employee of the hotel was also catching a ride back and when we boarded off at the beach, while we were carrying our luggage off the boat and kind of juggling everything, he made a really passive aggressive comment on how we should tip the captain and crew. We were already planninh on doing so, as they were really helpful, but the expectation and tone in which this was said kind of put us off. The crew got a tip, but like I said, the comment rubbed us the wrong way.

It is a great place with a very kind staff.

Pros: It is a great host in the natarure. We were able to be disconected at all. Staff were amazing. All of them were so kind and helpful.

Cons: Beaches and shared bathrooms could be more clean.

All in all very nice!!

Pros: Tuve una gran experiencia. Yo iba con mi hija. La segunda noche, nos encontramos a una perrita, cachorra en alto grado de abandono. Le ayudamos, le dimos algo de comida, y al día siguiente el hotel dispuso de la lancha para ir a Cartagena, llevar a la perrita al veterinario, y ayudarle. Estoy muy agradecido con esa gestión. Mi hija tiene 11 años y fue algo muy sensible para ella todo lo relacionado con \

Pros: La petite piscine devant le logement au top !! Petit dejeuner long mais copieux ! Tranquillité des lieux. Lit super confortable, avec une clim efficace !!

Cons: Longue distance entre le logement et la plage (~10 minutes de marche). Plage envahi par les vendeurs embulents, donc on a passé notre séjour à la piscine (qui est top!) ! Personnel pas toujours pro (ne rend pas la monnaie sans la réclamer, regarde à la porte de l’habitation alors qu’on y est...)

Pros: Vistas y personal en general bien. Te llevan la maleta etc. comida rica y buen precio. Sitio agradable

Cons: La luz principal de la habitación estaba rota por lo que por la noche no teníamos casi luz. El lavabo no tragaba el agua bien, se caía al suelo continuamente. No nos dieron casi toallas.

Un lugar muy hermoso, las cabañas son super lindas, todo me encantó... Un excelente servicio.

Pros: Las cabaña muy bonitas, el ambiente tranquilo, Andrés súper amable y atento, nos ayudó en todo, el personal muy amable, regresaría sin pensarlo dos veces, lo súper recomiendo.
