Hotel Caribbean Cartagena

Excellent stay in coastal Colombia

Pros: The hotel was in a great location very close to the beach. The staff (in particular the concierge - Roberto) were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Lots of local restaurants available nearby which is another plus.

Cons: No complaints, the hotel was very good.

Affordable columbian paradise

Pros: Price very affordable .Swimming pool open late even overnight accessible. No access para vendedores ambulantes a instalaciones del hotel.

Pros: wonderful place , great experience I hadn't been since January 2024, renovations look awesome, new bars , front desk and the room set up is even better than before I'll definitely be back my next time I come to Colombia

Pros: Good hôtel situated in good place . Staffs were good , specially Mr ... who used to be in night shifts, helpful and smile boy.

Nice place to stay if you wanna go swimming rather than the buzzing city center

Pros: The Value for money is good! Everything is clean and the stuff is friendly. Basic breakfast. Just consider there is no direct beach access so you need to walk a bit and obviously if you wanna go to town, you need an uber

Pros: The staff was super friendly and very accomodating to our service dog. Breakfast was great and the room with ocean view was fantastic!

Amazing!

Pros: The staff is amazing:friendly, attentive and caring. The structure is located in front of the Caribbean sea outside the bay so you can enjoy the view and the breeze. The bedroom was clean, with air-condition and very good local soap provided. The breakfast is rich and cooked at the moment. The pools and jacuzzi in front of the seaside are wonderful and you can enjoy relaxing time.

Cons: Just two things because everything else was perfect. The bedroom was in a corridor without windows open outside but just a small one on the corridor, so it was easily hot humid inside and the air condition hadn't the dry option that would have worked perfectly. The other thing is that at breakfast the juice is not natural, which is a pity considering the wonderful fruits available.

really nice place, really comfortable and once you get to understand they culture they are amazing

Pros: the location is amazing is next to the sea, you can hear the sea form the floor balcony, and heard it on your room but as a white noise to sleep.

Cons: they are quiet and was hard to get assitanse on the restaurant, they change they policies since the second time we ask for a glass of water they told us that we have to buy a bottle of water. we spoke with another waitress and she was so nice and she helpt us.

Ok hotel in Cartagena

Pros: I liked the pool area with jacuzzi and nice view, friendly staff and room ok.

Cons: Room is missing a wardrobe, you struggle to put your stuff around. Waiter tried to overcharge us, check your bill carefully against the menu prices.

Perfect stay for a calm and relaxing time

Pros: Great staff and facilities, the location was also perfect for a relaxing time a little far from the noise of the city. Definitely recommend to stay here if you are looking for a quiet and calm stay as a solo traveller.

Cons: I pretty much liked everything as the hotel staff were very accommodating and kind. Perhaps one thing that could be improve is the time limits for communal areas as there was a party one of the nights by other residents and it was pretty loud until 3am.
