Lovely comfortable hotel with great views

Pros: Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable room with panoramic sea view. Quiet spaces, polite & helpful staff.

Cons: Would have preferred the music around the pool area to be less loud. Didn't like guests reserving sunbeds and umbrellas from very early in the morning, even when not being used for large part of day.

Pros: The location was great. Right on the beach and near to bars and restaurants. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the place felt very secure.

Cons: Checkin time Was not flexible, even though the property was not full. Still, we could leave our bags and enjoyed a welcome Drink

Solid 4* hotel

Pros: A very solid 4* hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast delicious more than enough. The.location is amazing with direct access to the sea! We definitely are going to be back!

Cons: As discussed with the customer service, the tours they advertised, especially the one to.coxoliso it was a really really bad experience. I recommend people to double check the reviews of.the tour or the places itself before taking any.

Pros: The room was really spacious, with a big, comfortable bed. The room had a sitting area, a balcony with seaview and a mini-bar. Breakfast is very good with enough choice. The swimmingpool is great. Location is great, at the beach and close to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Cons: There were only a few beds next to the pool, which were already occupied before the pool was open.

Cool and I can recommend it

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable, the pool is quite nice and it has a direct exit to the beach, that's a plus, there is a guard in the pool that daily give you towels for the pool and beach :) . In general the hotel is nice and for families.

Cons: Some prices are quite expensive, also tips 10% charged directly in the bill, you can decline/accept or modfied of course, but is fair to say that the staff working there is very kind and deserve the tips (Hope they get such tips as we think)

Pros: Breakfast was OK. The pool nice and the room has a nice view to the beach.

Cons: Although we booked non-refund by Booking, the hotel entered into contact with us by WhatsApp some days before asking for payment to guarantee our reservation. Since we provided our credit card data to Booking as a guarantee, this noncanonical manner of the hotel to abord us creates a feeling of insecurity. Indeed, WhatsApp is not a sure means to ask people for money!

Pros: Everyone knew english . I recomand using uber . To AirPort was only 20 but to the hotel i paid 40 .

Cons: It was some rust on certain items . You didnt notice it afther a few days , lamps .

Hotel Dann Cartagena is the best

Pros: Everything! Walking distance to the main street, very safe. The staff was outstanding from the security, front desk, restaurant staff, bellboys, maids and cleaning staff. They were kind and went out of their way to help. The room was always spotless. The choice of food was excellent at the restaurant. They offered excursions that left from the hotel. It was beach front and the hotel staff warn you about the people on the beach selling chairs and umbrellas and massages. Best to keep stuff at poolside and go back and forth to the beach.

Pros: Property was clean, had friendly staff, ample room in dining room, nice breakfast and good access to the beach.

Cons: I had to take the rating down because as a solo traveller, having a private beach was a key consideration in selection this hotel but the description of the hotel was misleading. There was no private beach, only access to the public one.
