Pros: The best accommodation I had in Colombia, such a good vibe, location close to the beach, great pool, everyday there is dj, great cocktails and delicious food. But what brings it to the next level is amazing staff that takes such good care of guests, very friendly and nice. Special thanks to Andrej, the girl with braids(waiter) and the cute guy from reception that helped me prolong my stay in their hotel.

best place to both relax and explore Cartagena!

Pros: First of all: the staff. Here, you’re treated like royalty, always with a big smile. You can really tell that the people love working here. Secondly: the delicious menu — I think this was the best food we had during our entire trip! And all of it in a truly idyllic setting: on sunbeds by the sea. It can get warm here in the morning, but by midday a blissful breeze starts to roll in. Add a tasty cocktail, some great beats from the live DJ, and the occasional dip in the pool — for us, this was the best place to be in Cartagena! (The city center was just way too hot.) Sleeping here is a dream, with comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning. Thank you, Team Wala Beach, for making our stay absolutely perfect!

Pros: The location. All the seating. The bar menu. The waiters for sure (Juan and Nelson). The food (+free breakfast). The pool. The windsurfers and kite boarders.. Our room.

Cons: No internet. Sewer smell in room. No body soap. The wind.

Cons: Traffic noise and electronic music in the hotel. I did not like that music

Cons: I like a pint of coffee in morning - they only give you two fresh made with breakfast Maybe some super hot water in shower would help after beach
