Pros: We had such a great time staying at this hotel for three days. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming — we were greeted with a welcome drink, and someone immediately took care of our luggage. We even received a free room upgrade simply because there was availability, which was such a lovely surprise. The room was very well maintained, spotless, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job every single day — everything was always perfectly clean. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet that was absolutely perfect, with a great mix of Colombian cuisine. The staff in the breakfast area were incredibly attentive, always making sure guests were happy and never missing a chance to offer more coffee or tea. The reception team was also fantastic — always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, an excellent stay and we would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Comfort and Convenience in an Ideal Location
Pros: The property is situated in an exceptionally convenient area, allowing easy walking access to essential amenities, including restaurants, a cambio, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. Each morning’s breakfast was consistently excellent, and the availability of coffee and water throughout the day was good. The room was exceptional in decor as well as the bed was quite comfortable for great rest.
Cons: Area of Improvements : offer daily complimentary water to the rooms, and a coffee machine in the rooms for ease of access for making own coffee or tea instead of having to go to the lobby for same.

Nice accommodation! Brand new hotel!
Pros: The property was brand new! The rooftop and the pool amazing! The breakfast was good and the people truly kind.
Cons: The elevators were not enough for the people in the building and the own kept on crushing the whole 5 days we were there. One wall in our room was covered in dust thus making our Laggeges super dirty.

Nice stay at OZ!
Pros: Upon arrival we received a welcome drink and an upgrade to a better room. It was better and spacious for us. The room was always clean and tidy. We even received a voucher for lunch or dinner. That was really kind of the hotel. The hotel is located in Bocagrande , there are a lot of restaurants and shops. It’s save to walk around and have a nice lunch or buying souvenirs. Breakfast was good. Several kind of bread, scrambled eggs, Cornflakes etc.
Cons: The doors click automatically very loud, but it was ok.

I would stay at Hotel OZ again
Pros: I particularly appreciated the enthusiasm and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was also quite good and I was even offered a complimentary breakfast in case I arrived before check-in which was a very nice touch. The central location was also super convenient for everything.
Cons: The website showed the rooms as having views but my room did not have any. This was not a deal breaker however because it was very large with an extra single bed (probably an upgrade)

Excellent hotel. Great customer service
Pros: Staff very pleasant. One lady at reception helped me check in for my flight. Bought her some chocolates. Breakfast was full of choice and tasty. Location excellent 5 minutes walk to beach.
Cons: View from room was another wall but it didn’t bother us as was out most of time . Got a knock on door saying please keep noise down but I only had tv on at level 6 so didn’t even realise that it was loud. So I can only presume walls are thin.

Great stay, great location.
Pros: Charming and welcoming staff, clean hotel with hot showers and cool AC. Lots of breakfast choice. Good location near beaches, able to borrow a beach towel. 10/15min taxi to Getsemani or centre of town. As with the rest of Colombia, staff speak very little/no English so learn Spanish beforehand and/or befriend google translate.
Cons: Lovely rooftop area with 2 loungers but this is largely covered. AC is directly over the bed so can get very cold but just change the temp. A pool would have made this place 10/10 for me.
