Very nice and great location

Pros: Clean, nice pool, nice staff, great breakfast selection

Cons: Ventilation in the bathrooms wasnt great

Good hotel

Pros: I like the location,close to the beach,mall,restaurants,el Centro,aeroport. It's easy to walk around,take an uber. My daughter loves the pool. The breakfast was good and friendly staff. Internet working well. Hot shower.

Cons: No Air-conditioning in the shower.

Pros: The location is perfect. The pool and the straight access to the beach is awesome. My kids lived in the pool and I couldn't have imagined the vacation without it. Some rooms are more run down than the others. We had 3 rooms alltogether and they were all different. I think our room was the most run down room of all and with a view to the wall, but it was compensated by being so spacious. Our parties other room was very modern and updated, but it was on the street side where the chiva party buses went on every night from 8 till 11. So that they couldn't have any peace and quiet till midnight. Wifi works really well!

Cons: Breakfast is okay, but since we stayed for 6 nights, it got kind of boring. The same choices every day only with very little variation. But it's kind of (kind of because some things are attended to you) buffet breakfast, so we all got our stomachs full. The breakfast staff could be a little nicer though. One morning I think the huevos revueltos/scrambled eggs were too liquid, so that one of my kid got sick. But he recovered fast and no big harm done. It would have been great to have received more variety of Colombian fruits.

Perfect place to base ourselves to beach, pool and hit Cartegena centre when we wanted

Pros: All the staff were really welcoming and helpful. Very friendly staff at the pool bar too. Seemed really happy to serve you. Pool area was fab. Breakfast had a good selection. Cleaners made the rooms lovely and fresh as we needed them done. I love the pool area towel service!

Cons: Traffic noise towards the front of the hotel.

Pros: The housekeepers were all so sweet and kind to us throughout our stay. Every one of them was so pleasant and greeted us where ever we were. Nice pool area close to the beach. Felt quiet and safe

Cons: The buffet breakfast being served- it was awkward having to wait on one server to multiple guests, providing small portions and asking repeatedly for more food. Self serve would have been nice in order to avoid the long wait and awkward engagements.

Pros: Breakfast is really good, the staff atention is superb, and they are gay friendly!

Cons: L’odeur d’humidité dans la chambre 312 et le fait que la fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas. Il manque un sèche cheveux
