Quiet room in a very busy part of town.

Pros: Clean and comfortable room. Very close to a range of restaurants and cafes. Nice welcome.

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful and really valued the guests. Our room was upgraded on arrival and we were allowed to leave our luggage overnight as we travelled elsewhere

Great stay, lovely room

Pros: The hotel is very nice, we got the 8th floor room with balcony. We had great view and very spacious room. It was everything well maintained, clean and comfortable. The facilities were great, we had all we needed and cleaning was done properly when requesting. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always smiling and professional. The breakfast was great, type of buffet, everyday there were new things and good variety of food. Location is right to beach, however you will need a taxi or bus to go to city center.

Cons: Not a dislike but recommendation is to have a bottle of water, as the water is not drinkable in Cartagena.

Pros: Shower was good... clean and good hotel.. price ok for that hotel.. 6min walk till beach.. not far from old town only 3usd by taxi

Cons: No bar available on rooftop.. no swimming pool .. Breakfast a lot of stuff.. but only scramble eggs available.. not varieties.. we had celebration and was forgotten.. but hotel is 8 not 9 stars rated for service.. still they need to improve .. not excellent but more then good..
