Great hotel for a break in Cartagena.

Pros: Location was great. Facilities particularly pool area were very high standard. Plenty of good restaurants all around hotel. Thoroughly recommend.

Cons: Beach out front being renovated but once completed should add to amenity.

Nice enough but would not recommend . A bit outdated .

Pros: Nice hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a good job

Cons: No USB points and rooms needed updating . Had to ask for robes and slippers.

Pros: It was a great experience! The place was very clean and with a great location. The infinite pool was beautiful and with a really nice view to the sea. The staff was very attentive and kind. I have to say that Ricardo, the concierge, was extraordinary! He was helping me with the tours, recommendations and with everything I needed. Also, the bed was super comfortable! I really recommend this place.

Pros: Exceptional Stay – 5 Stars! Our stay was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and offered stunning views. All facilities were top-notch—from the relaxing spa to the well-equipped gym and the refreshing pool. Breakfast was a highlight every morning: fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
