A relaxing stay at a large, clean and modern apartment that could be excellent with a few tweaks

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. The view is spectacular. Missing wine glasses were replaced within 24 hours. Plenty of storage and wardrobes with enough hangers. The Wifi and air-conditioning were both very good.

Cons: We had to pay extra for wristbands for hotel facilities we didn't use.There were a few maintenance issues which our host was open to hearing about. We expected better quality bed linen i.e. 100% cotton and pillows that weren't lumpy. More information about the building e.g. location of pool, gym etc would have been appreciated. Recommendations about e.g. restaurants locally would have been helpful.We asked about what was needed at checkout but didn't get a reply.

Pros: The host Andres was great and always available for any questions. The outdoor balcony overlooks the beach and had an incredible view. All around great experience, highly recommended!

Beautiful view in Cartagena

Pros: *very beautiful apartment just like in the pictures *in front of the sea * 41 floor with 3 elevators in the building * nice pool and gym area * very close to all the amenities and restaurants * it has parking! Which is very helpful in that area * all times there is someone at the building reception who can help you if you need * you really don’t miss anything here. It is just perfect! * very helpful landlord *we will repeat if we come back

Cons: * The only thing: it has a washing machine but no hanger to dry the clothes.

Big, clean apartment with a beautiful view

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and the views are stunning. The main bathroom has a huge shower and the other bathroom is more than big enough as well. Everything super clean. You get your keys at the reception of the building, which was super easy. They were doing some maintenance on the fridge when we arrived, the owner called me to inform me about it and to make sure it was no problem. He even called me when they were finished, to check if everything was okay. Many restaurants nearby. Recommended!

My favourite place to be

Pros: Simply wow. Drinking a beer on the balcony in the evening was just the perfect end for our trip. Selecting the floor on the elevator is plain fun.

Cons: The beds are quite hard, still super comfy, but some people might not like it.

Comfy stay with caveats

Pros: Quite spacious and very clean, comfy beds and pillows, AC in every room, stunning views from the 41st floor but be careful the rail is fairly low and one may actually fall over if not careful, washer/dryer available, fairly complete kitchen with utensils, good hot water.

Cons: About the apartment itself: no toiletries and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom - at this price you can do better! + no water dispenser so you had to buy your own water from the stores and bring it all the way up - again, you can do better, the price is quite high and services need to be on par. About the building: useless strict security with rude staff - they check passports and copy info into their system + take a photo of each person (which is extremely unsafe to be begin with from a personal data point of view) + the entire building has only 3 elevators for 41 floors and we had to wait each time we would go up or down at least 15 minutes. All in all it was good, I recommend it if you have the energy to buy toiletries, water and argue at every step with the staff and to wait more than 15 minutes each time you want to use the elevator. It wasn’t worth the money by far but at least it was spacious, clean and with great balcony and views.

Perfect stay in Cartagena with my family

Pros: Everything was perfect. The view and the terrace are outstanding. Andres is a perfect landlord reponding inmediately. Thanks again!
