Pros: Super lovely and helpful host. Lovely and large apartment with a tarrace.

Cons: The kitchen equipped is not really sufficient for cooking.

Pros: The host is super friendly and helpful, the place is in a very nice and calm neighbourhood at a walking distance from the main attractions. There is a large terrace with a view, it was a great place to relax in the evening.

Good value

Pros: The bed was relatively comfy. Common area fridge and freezer and washing machine. The A/C was super helpful, balcony had a nice view. The host Miguel is very friendly and willing to help. Overall good value for money!

Cons: There are quite a few small things that would make this stay more comfortable -- there was no soap in the bathroom so we brought our own, for example. No bathroom mat so the bathroom floor got soaked many times. The common toilet got clogged but there was no plunger in the bathroom so a plumber had to be called, and since there is only one shared toilet it was a bit inconvenient. There were also mini insects or tiny tiny ants everywhere -- not super visible ans not bothersome but we found them in our room and the kitchen. Although the hostel itself is in a safe gated community and technically a 15 minute walk from the center, any time it's not daylight you should absolutely take an Uber, and you should not walk alone. I think with a bit more small touches and maintenance/attention this place will become even comfier. :)

Best value stay in Cartagena if you want your own space

Pros: In a safe private gated community, huge bed and comfortable kitchen, nice bathroom with a decent shower, with cute dogs around and good AC. 20 min walk to the centre, Ubers are cheap to use too, I mostly used Ubers. Miguel is a very helpful and responsive owner, he set up ESPN on the TV for some work I had to do, and checked the apartment for some items I had lost many hours after I checked out. Great value, probably the best apartment you can get close to central Cartagena for this price.

Cons: If you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend earplugs, as the family dogs relax right next to the apartment entrance and they sometimes bark in the morning or night. I wore earplugs and never got woken up once, so it wasn’t too bad.

Ótimo custo benefício!

Pros: O Miguel é um anfitrião excepcional. A hospedagem fica bem localizada, uns 15-20 minutos de caminhada das principais atrações. O bairro é fechado e a rua que dá acesso a ele é bem movimentada durante o dia, mas a noite é melhor tomar cuidado. Se quiser economizar dá pra pegar um ônibus do aeroporto até a hospedagem, tem um terminal perto, em frente ao um Shopping. Tem mercado e padaria perto.

Cons: O colchão é bem usado e estava afundado no meio, mas mesmo assim não atrapalhou nossas noites de sono.

Pros: Miguel, que maneja el lugar, es muy atento a todo lo que uno puede necesitar como turista. Está ubicado dentro de un barrio seguro y muy bien ubicado.

Cons: El lugar está super bien ubicado y es comodo, pero se puede mejorar la limpieza y los elementos de cocina ya que están desgastados
