Great hostel would recommend to anyone visiting Cartagena

Pros: Great hostel. Sociable without being a party hostel or forcing loads of activities. The pods were spacious and great and the aircon was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and felt very safe. The free salsa class was so fun

Cons: Loses a small mark for me as the bathrooms were t always clean

Nice hostel in a nice area

Pros: The units in the dormitories are big enough and matrasses are comfy. Marko who was volunteering at the reception at the time I checked in was extremely attentive and helpful.

Cons: The dormitory was insanely airconditioned. The brekky is kinda poor.

Great accommodation in Getsemani

Pros: Really nice staff, very close to the most iconic places, easy to walk around, restaurants, nightlife and iconic monuments. The bed was comfortable and the people in the room were very respectful with noises. Breakfast was really good, fresh made and complete.

Would recommend good value

Pros: Good value - loved the “pod” style dorm beds. Especially great value for couples sharing. Good breakfast. Great location. Cute cat.

Cons: The male reception staff and all the house keeping ladies were really kind helpful and smiley, female receptionist could be a little more enthusiastic. At busy times sometimes had to wait to use toilet/showers.

Pros: Exceptional location, close to the historic centre, restaurants, shops, convenience stores, main tourist attractions all within walking distance. The vibe of the city and Getsemani arwa in general are amazing! Many eateries in the night open until early hours in the alley just few blocks away from the hostel. Very affordable, very clean premises with great amenities. Complimentary drinks. Free drinking water from the tap. Very good breakfast in the morning! Free salsa classes in the evening for folks who are interested and it is a great vibe and atmosphere to just watch youngsters trying it out with some lively music playing along. . Very helpful and friendly staff. They also assist with tour bookings and helpful tips to navigate around the main attractions. Highly recommend !!

Pros: Great hostel - staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms/pods were super spacious and cool (aircon from 6pm was fine), amazing location to explore Cartagena, and they let me keep my rucksack in storage while I went to the islands for a few nights which was super appreciated!

Cons: Would have used the jacuzzi pool if it was cooler!

Great hostel in Getsemani

Pros: Nicely located hostel with good facility (pool, kitchen, bathrooms) and good breakfast made on demand. The pods really felt like your own little room and we did not have any issues with noise from others. The air-conditioning in the room is on from 6pm till 9am Two times a week, salsa lessons were organised and a few times a week, a pub crawl was organised.

Pros: Good AC during the night. Many showers and toilets, nice ping pong table and good breakfast.

Cons: Storage space looks like it will dirty your luggage to the core but in the end it was okayish. The hostel room is very hot until the AC kicks in.

Highly recommended hostel!

Pros: The location, staff and the entire experience of this hostel is very sexy! The jacuzzi pool, the dorms, common areas to hang out, etc - are perfect! The best place to stay in Cartagena for a first time visitor. You can take a bus from Airport to downtown, get down 1Km away from this hostel and walk! Highly recommended

Cons: Nothing much!

Pros: Having the pods is great as it gives everyone privacy . Breakfast was a good addition eggs, bread and fruit. Great location close to old city and in Getsemani. Very friendly place

Cons: Too much air con for my liking 😅
