Casa Torices Real 12

Pros: Lovely pool and outside area. I had a problem and the staff were very helpful.

Cons: Little bit far from town but I knew that already.

Very fun and nice

Pros: Staff was very nice. We even ran into one in town and she offered to help us with what we were looking for. The facility is fun and clean. We had a 🦜 as our neighbor, some cats and dogs roaming that call this place home, but won't bother you if you don't call them. Overall very good quality for the price!

Cons: Was a bit slow to get an Uber to get to the tourist areas.

Pros: The atmosphere of the Casa Torices Real 12 is tranquil and calm with the Casa being very clean as well. The room provided was perfect and the staff were very accommodating to our needs, also the friendly chats were amazing. Thank you for everything

Pros: Hotel Casa Torices Real II is a very pleasant place to stay. The service is excellent, and all the staff are very kind, especially Diana, John, and Mr. Antonio. The cleanliness is very good — rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. The pool is big, clean, and perfect for relaxing. The location is convenient: close to Marbella Beach and just a few minutes by car from the historic center. As in any city, just follow the hotel’s recommendations. I loved my stay and truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

Highly worth it - even if it’s just for the pool

Pros: A quite friendly place to stay whilst in Cartagena. It’s in a local area, so it can be noisey during the day (especially on a Sunday) but it quietens down late evening. The owners are super friendly and very helpful. The Pool is amazing. This accomodation is about 20mins from the touristic area, but none of those at this price point have a pool anything like here. The kitchen is bare, but it still has pretty much everything to cook basic meals of pasta etc. Rooms a little dated but it’s at least clean. Beds comfy and we slept well. Would recommend

Pros: A good place, like a little enclosure in the middle of a big city. Friendly and helpful staff. Good outdoor spaces with kitchen and a pool. Secure car parking. Recommend

Cons: I do not know if you may like it or not, but in Colombia places a bit outside of fashionable parts of the city look like you should take care and precautions. But this is everywhere.

Really Nice and good worth the money. But there was many mosquitos in our room.

Pros: Nice and clean. Good pool, and we had a room with aircondition.

Cons: There was SO Many mosquitos in the room. I think we killed 50 mosquitos before going to bed - and there’s No moquitonet over the bed.
